Bula vinaka all MOBs in Fiji and all over the world,
At our recent AGM on 24 February, 2012 we your Executive Committee (E.xComm) were voted back in with the inclusion of Jone Tovata as Assistant Secretary. We welcome Jone to the Ex.Comm. Your hardworking Ex.Comm. has in place a sub-committee tasked with bringing about the MOB Trust formation process.
We had our first Ex. Comm. meeting yesterday, and one of the items of the agenda was the MOB Trust…
Bula OB’s, wives, families and friends.
Greetings on behalf of the MOB West Fiji family.
It is indeed our pleasure, to be your hosts for this year’s MoBULAise 2012.
The Nadi, Coral Coast and Lautoka MOB and MOG’s have assembled a strong and vibrant team, to plan this MoBULAise 2012 in a defining year, that coincides with the MBHS 75th Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.
Our MoBULAise 2012 event will be the pre-curser to the Diamond Jubilee event, where the MOB family will gather, reunite, reignite and set the spirit right!!! As the MOCE Team acronym for (Mobilise 2012 – Organising Committee Executives) of the West, set you on a 3 day journey of the West’s best! In entertainment, accommodation and conference facilities, that will reflect a True Fiji Experience.
Don’t miss! This once in a life time opportunity – a 2 in 1, Marist Event never to be repeated.
Book your time now! The MOCE (Mobilise Executives) confirm the following dates for the event.
1. Mobilise 2012 Begins in Nadi on Thursday 11th October 2012
2. Mobilise 2012 Ends in Coral Coast Sat 13th October2012 (venues to be advised)
3. Diamond Jubilee Begins in Suva on Monday 15th October 2012 (1 week)
We will be releasing regular Communique’s, as we confirm venues, accommodation and programme content, and merchandise in due course, and urge you to invite those members, who remain dormant and inactive – as we the members of MOB aspire, to achieve the ultimate objective of providing moral and spiritual support, to MBHS and our communities.
Our THEME for this year will focus on the spirit of reconciliation, as I’m sure you all agree, that in as much as we are united as a family of MOB, we are divided in spirit and that, it is vital for us as a community to forgive and seek forgiveness to reconcile our differences and to, through this spirit, allow the formal process of the New Constitution and this cleansing process to move us forward.
The MoBULAise logo is still, work in progress, and once we confirm the theme, wording and the sponsors, we will formally launch the programme.
Many thanks for your patience and keep watching this spot!.
Sincerely yours
John Grey
CHAIRMAN – MOCE 2012
